Watermill Interior (Working Mill, Mill House & 12-Piece Prop Kit)

A ready-to-use watermill interior for Unreal, Unity and Godot.

The assembled scene: a stone mill house with plank floors, king-post roof framing, a ledged door, two casement windows and steep stairs up to the stone floor. A stone-lined wheel race runs through the building, with water in the race and flume. At its heart is the working mill. A 3 m overshot wheel turns an iron-banded shaft and a 48-cog pit wheel, which drives a 12-stave lantern wallower 4:1. That turns the runner stone in its coopered tun under the hopper and shoe, and a meal spout drops flour into the ark below. Grain sacks, crates, a barrel, the bucket, a millwright's workbench with stone-dressing tools, a tool rack, a hanging lantern, a broom, a shovel, a rope coil and a spare millstone dress the room.

The scene is one rigged mesh with the mill's clips: Idle, Running (loops: one wheel turn in 8 s, stones at 30 rpm), StartUp, ShutDown, GateOpen and GateClose. Gear contact was checked on every frame.

The Kit folder holds every piece on its own, so you can build your own layout. It has the working watermill machine (rigged, 6 clips, on its stone foundation), the rigged bucket and ten static props, each with its own FBX, GLB and baked colour, normal and roughness maps.

The water is a simple mesh in the scene; swap in your engine's water material.
