A game-ready commercial kitchen in stainless steel for restaurants, diners, cafes, food trucks and cooking games: six appliances that work, sold together. Each is its own rigged skeletal mesh with its own clips and its own drop-in Blueprint, so you can place them as a cook line or anywhere apart.

The convection oven has two glass doors that open together, five racks that slide out on their runners, a convection fan that spins, a thermostat and a timer over printed scales, a power rocker, a cook/cool rocker and two pilot lamps. The two-door reach-in refrigerator has solid stainless doors on their own hinges, six wire shelves that slide out, and a thermostat display that lights when it is switched on. The charbroiler has two burner knobs, each lighting its pilot lamp and the radiants glowing under its half of the grate. The floor fryer has two wire baskets that lift out of the oil and hang to drain, oil that boils round a frying basket, a drain that empties the vat and a fill that raises it again, and a thermostat with its lamp. The three-compartment sink has recessed welded basins with drains and a faucet over each basin whose handles turn the water on and off. The undercounter dish machine has a drop-down door, a 20 x 20 in peg rack that slides out on its rails, upper wash and rinse arms that slide out for cleaning, a detergent cup whose flap opens, a power button with its lamp and four wash and rinse arms that spin while it washes.

Every moving part has something to work it by (a handle, pull, knob, button or lever), and every appliance carries fitted collision. Unbranded.
