Commercial Toilet with Flush Valve (Rigged: Flush, Seat Up)

A floor-mounted elongated commercial toilet for public restrooms, offices, stations and schools: a white vitreous-china body flaring from a waisted foot into the bowl with water standing in the trap, bolt caps, a white open-front seat on a chrome hinge bar, and an exposed chrome manual flushometer with its wall escutcheon, angle stop, valve body and vacuum breaker tube. The lever presses (Flush) and the seat lifts (SeatUp).

Rigged on 3 bones with 2 animations (Flush, SeatUp). One skinned mesh of 16,548 triangles at LOD0, 87 cm tall at real-world scale, with baked PBR maps. Includes FBX and GLB.
