Gas Water Heater (Rigged, Pilot Lights, Working Valves)

A game-ready residential atmospheric-vent gas water heater at real scale: 51 cm across and 1.5 m to the top of the flue.

The white enamel jacket has rolled stiffening beads and a lap seam, and stands on a skirted base with stamped feet. A beaded top cap with rim screws carries brass hot and cold unions with rubber grommets, red and blue liners and stamped HOT and COLD markings, and a draft hood on three legs over its relief gap with a galvanized flue. On the side, a T&P relief valve with a test lever drains through a strapped copper tube that ends just above the floor.

The front is built in layers like the real thing: a molded gas control with a knurled thermostat dial over a printed scale, a red pilot button, an igniter and its wire, a thermocouple and burner tube into a grommet, a corrugated gas line, and a sheet-metal burner frame holding a removable louvred door with a sight port. A brass drain valve with a ribbed cap sits at the bottom. The data plate, lighting instructions, energy guide, warning and combustion labels are original artwork, baked into 4K textures so they read up close.

Everything that should move does: ThermostatUp and ThermostatDown turn the dial; LightPilot presses the pilot button and lights a blue flame behind the sight glass; BurnerOff puts it out; TestRelief and ReleaseRelief lift and drop the relief lever; OpenDrain and CloseDrain turn the drain cap. Rigged on 6 bones, so you can also drive any part yourself.

Includes FBX (skeletal mesh plus one FBX per clip for Unreal), a GLB with every clip embedded, and baked colour, normal and roughness maps.
