Concord Stagecoach with Harnessed Team (Rigged & Animated: Roll, Steer, Doors, Damage)

A game-ready Concord stagecoach in Overland Mail red, with a harnessed team of two horses and a loose driving whip, sold together.

The coach: built from scanned wood, leather and iron. The body hangs on leather thoroughbraces over a perch and running gear with side timbers, iron stays and boarding steps. Inside are diamond button-tufted leather seats for three benches, a slung strap, a damask-lined cabin with a leather dado and brass nails. The driver's box has a brass rail and footboard, the lamps hang from iron arms on hooks, and trunks ride on the roof inside a rail. Every part is bolted, nailed or hung from another: nothing floats.

It moves the way a coach does. The wheels roll at a walk, a run and a gallop, matched to the horses' gaits. The front axle and pole steer, at a standstill or rolling through a bend, and the body rocks on its braces. Each door opens with its handle; the rear boot flap drops and the mail sack comes out; the brake lever sets the shoes on the rear wheels; each lamp lifts off its hook; the whip lifts out of its socket; the roof luggage comes down and goes back up.

And it comes apart. Each wheel can come off its hub and fall flat, dropping that corner. Each door can be torn off, the lamps knocked down, the luggage thrown off the roof, or let Wreck take off the doors, lamps, trunks and a rear wheel together.

The team: a dapple-grey draught horse in a full driving harness (collar and hames, back pad with rein terrets, bellyband, breeching, bridle with blinkers and bit, reins and traces). It walks, runs and gallops, walks a bend each way, steps round on the spot and goes down. A tail chain swings with its gait. Four hitch clips walk each horse round with the pole when the coach steers at a standstill, feet planted. The two horses ride the coach's horse sockets, so they turn with the pole.

The whip: a long-handled coach whip with a plaited lash on a bone chain, with Crack and Flick clips and a hand socket. It is in the coach's whip socket and also comes as its own asset for your characters.

Sockets for characters: the driver's seat, the shotgun seat, three passenger benches, the brake lever, the whip, each door handle and lamp, and the mail sack.

Includes, per asset, FBX (skeletal mesh plus one FBX per clip for Unreal) and a GLB with every clip, with baked colour, normal and roughness maps (4K for the coach) and an emission map for the lamps. A combined GLB has the coach, both horses hitched and every clip played together. Each asset imports into Unreal Engine 5.8 as a skeletal mesh with its skeleton and every clip.
